Why quantities vary
A guest may need one dinner plate at a seated meal but more than one plate at a buffet with dessert. Cups can be reused or replaced between drinks. Napkin demand changes with the food. Enter the service pattern you expect rather than treating a fixed multiplier as a fact.
Pack rounding is separate
